Las Vegas Food Journey: Western Cuisine Edition 🍽️✨

Just wrapped up a 6-day food adventure in Vegas – from hearty sandwiches to Michelin three-star fine dining. Verdict? SO satisfied! 😋 🍵 Urth Caffé at Wynn A popular organic brunch spot from LA! Extensive menu, beautiful latte art (matcha & coffee), solid flavors. The matcha tiramisu was a tad too sweet for me, but still enjoyable. 🍫 Bellagio Patisserie A French pastry shop I visited three days in a row! They have a Guinness World Record chocolate fountain at the entrance 🏆. Went for the éclairs but fell in love with the chocolate mousse – rich, aromatic, and not too sweet! The raspberry tart and éclairs were also perfectly balanced in sweetness… and huge! Twice the size of those in France 😂. 🌟🌟🌟 Joel Robuchon A 10-course Michelin-starred French experience! Warm bread basket to start, impeccable service – though lighting was too dim for good photos 😅. Highlights: Tomato-based appetizer: Bursting with freshness – my top 2 dish! Corn soup + foie gras + Iberian ham: A harmonious balance of flavors! Quail egg risotto with mushrooms: Rich and satisfying. Lobster ravioli with foie gras sauce: One bite and I was in heaven! Black cod with Shanghai greens: Delicate and flavorful. Australian Wagyu: Lean yet tender, served with their famous silky potato purée – the star main! Duck breast: Too soft for my taste. Sake mint sorbet with cucumber: Sharp and acidic with popping candy – not my favorite (only dish I didn’t finish). Dessert cart: Dozens of bite-sized treats! Loved the coffee éclair, hazelnut chocolate, and coconut truffle 🥥. 🍮 Eataly Tiramisu cream puff: Delicious and not overly sweet! Giant Ferrero Rocher-like pastry: Great chocolate, but would’ve preferred less sweetness. 🍫 Dandelion Chocolate Originally from SF. Latte: Rich and aromatic ❤️ Iced mocha: A bit too acidic for my taste. 🍳 Bouchon Bistro (at The Venetian) French brunch – decent, but only worth about 70% of the price, in my opinion. 🥐 Bouchon Bakery Cheese Danish: Amazing! Filled with tangy cream cheese, crispy and not greasy. 🥪 All'Antico Vinaio An Italian sandwich shop – freshly sliced ham + fresh veggies = perfection! 🌿 #LasVegasEats #VegasFoodGuide #FineDiningVegas #MichelinStarExperience #FrenchPastry
