Las Vegas Italian Food 🍝｜It Might Just Become My New Favorite! 💖

📍 RPM Italian Las Vegas Tucked away on the first floor of The Forum Shops at Caesars, this gem is absolutely worth finding! 🏛️✨ I heard it first started in Chicago, and wow—it definitely lives up to the hype! 😋 Especially the two pasta dishes we ordered: The Spicy Crab Squid Ink Pasta was incredibly flavorful and rich, with a generous amount of crab meat! 🦀 Though there weren't many red chili flakes, they packed a punch—spicy and satisfying! 🌶️🔥 It balanced the sauce perfectly and totally woke up my taste buds. So delicious! The other dish, Lobster Ravioli, was stuffed with sweet, tender lobster meat—you could really taste the freshness! 🦞❤️ It was so delicate and perfectly cooked. Both portions were on the smaller side, which seems to be the restaurant's style. But since we weren’t super hungry this time, it was just the right amount! 👍 For drinks, we ordered the RPM G&T and a non-alcoholic Mixed Signals. The latter was a little tangy, but both were super refreshing and paired wonderfully with the food! 🍸👌 Of course, we had to get dessert—we went with the Salted Caramel Gelato! 🍦 The caramel flavor was rich and deep, but not overly sweet… absolutely yummy! We didn’t expect three scoops though—we almost couldn’t finish it! 😂 The only okay-ish item was the starter salad.
