Las Vegas Japañeiro 🥩✨
This Japanese-style steakhouse in Las Vegas wasn’t my first time dining here—I visited a few years ago and had a great impression, so I decided to bring friends along for another try! 🍖 Dry-Aged 24oz Steak + Foie Gras (Medium Rare) This dish came with seven different sauces—super generous portion, enough for 3–4 people! 🥩🍷 🐟 Tuna (I think?) with Crispy Lotus Root The lotus root was fried super crispy, but the flavor was a bit too salty for my taste. 🦪 Oyster + Uni + Foie Gras Delicious but a bit pricey… 💸 🐚 Black Cod Wrap This one was really tasty! Highly recommend! 🙌 🐠 Grilled Yellowtail An off-menu special—the server said it was the “blackboard dish of the day.” The flavor was pretty good, but the fish skin underneath was burnt to a crisp… As someone who loves crispy fish skin, that was a bit of a letdown. 😅 👃 The kitchen is open-style, and I’m guessing they use a gas grill? My sensitive nose picked up the smell throughout the meal, which was a bit distracting. 💰 It’s on the pricier side—fine for an occasional treat! So, what’s the relationship between foodies and great food? 🤔💭 Have you been to Japañeiro? What’s your favorite Japanese steakhouse in Vegas?
