Las Vegas Japanese BBQ Samurai đ„© Highly Recommended!
Went to Vegas for JJ Linâs concert and finally tried this Japanese BBQ spot thatâs been sitting in my bookmarks for agesâand itâs a full 10/10 recommendation!!! đâš The food had zero missesâthe meat was incredibly fresh and juicy! The only downside was the service, which wasnât the best. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and there was only one server for the whole restaurant⊠so responses were slow. But the food totally outweighed thatâso next time Iâm in Vegas, Iâll definitely be back! đ đ Address: 3650 S Decatur Blvd, Ste 26, Las Vegas, NV 89103 đ What We Ordered: 1ïžâŁ 8 Kinds Premium Meat Boat đą A literal âboatâ full of meat! This is their most popular itemâperfect for first-timers unsure what to order. The boat comes in 2-/3-/4-person sizes. All 8 types of meat were excellentâno marination, so you really taste the quality. No disappointments here! 2ïžâŁ Sea Urchin with Short Rib Beef tartare wrapped around uni. The beef was great, but the uni quality was just okay (itâs not a seafood-specialty shop after all). Still worth a try if you enjoy raw beef! 3ïžâŁ Thick Cut Tongue â€ïž My absolute favorite!!! Probably the best thick-cut beef tongue Iâve had in the US. A must-order for tongue loversâjuicy, tender, crispy-edged, and so flavorful! We loved it so much we ordered an extra serving after trying it in the meat boat. 4ïžâŁ A5 Wagyu Sampler Includes 3 pieces of A5 Wagyu. The menu says you can choose from 5 types, but they told us the dayâs selection was pre-set⊠Still, the marbling was incredible, freshness was visible, and it literally melted in the mouth! Price matches the qualityâhighly recommend! 5ïžâŁ Beef Grilled Bibimbap A tasty grilled meat rice bowl mixed tableside by the server. A solid choice if you want something more filling! đ Important Notes: Reservations are a must! They donât accept walk-ins on weekends. Book earlyâthe restaurant is small and seems to have limited staff, so spots fill quickly. They actually overbooked on our original date (even though we reserved two weeks ahead) and called to reschedule us⊠đ Prices seem to rise every few months, so Yelp listings may not reflect current pricing. Overall, amazing value for the qualityâjust be prepared for possible service delays and plan ahead! #WeekendPlans #LasVegas #JapaneseBBQ #Wagyu #FoodieReview #VegasEats #MeatLovers
