A budget-friendly Japanese spot in Las Vegas Chinatown (downtown) — the best value meal I’ve had in LV! We walked in without a plan—this izakaya usually requires reservations or a wait. We waited about 15 minutes. 🍡 Matcha Daifuku Dessert – So good! Comes with four pieces; we each had two. Best to let it soften a bit if you’re not in a hurry—deliciously chewy and not too sweet. 🍵 Next-door matcha dessert shop – Great place to sit while waiting (though outside drinks aren’t allowed inside the restaurant). Their matcha is authentic and smooth! 🍲 Sukiyaki for one – Only $8.50 and plenty filling! The broth is amazing.
