When in Vegas eat like a local. Don't spend some serious dough on overpriced food on the strip when you're already losing at the slots or the tables.
When you decide enough is enough and want some authentic ramen, come here. Ramen hashi! After being to Japan several times before COVID (thank God), I am able to make a solid comparison and say this hole in the wall ramen place is one of 3 places that you can get close to authentic ramen in Vegas!
Aside from Monta (which is very packed no matter what time you go) this place isn't as busy since it's a bit farther off the beaten path. However, it is in a plaza that also has deserts, shabu, and kbbq. You can choose whatever you want!
When you step inside you'll notice it's a small place, which is a nice hide away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You're treated to a nice bar table if you're eating by yourself or one of the tables if you're with a small group. Once ready to order, the owner will give you a sheet of paper for you to choose your broth and any extras you might want!
In the bowl below I had chosen, spicy chicken to katsu, noodles, extra soy garlic egg, black garlic sauce, green, onions, and seaweed. Itll take about 5 minutes top for you to get your hot bowl of ramen that's guaranteed to hit the spot! Sometimes, the place might run out of calpico, melon and mango soda, but that's a very, very rare occasion.
The bowl itself came out to be about $13 bucks, which is very reasonable considering you probably lost alot gambling! So fill up your soul when your...
Read moreRamen Hashi serves an excellent bowl of ramen, standing out for its high-quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The menu is limited, which might disappoint those looking for variety, but what they offer, they do exceptionally well.
The location is convenient—centrally located and not in a high-traffic area—but parking can be an issue. When I arrived at 6:00 PM on a Wednesday, the lot was already full. Inside, the setup features a long bar with plenty of seating, but only a handful of tables, including just one that accommodates a party of four.
The atmosphere was just so-so. It’s functional and clean, but it lacks the warmth or charm that might make it a more inviting spot for social gatherings. Combined with the limited seating options, it’s not an ideal venue for meeting friends, as I did during my visit.
Pricing is reasonable, starting around $12 for a bowl of ramen, which is standard for today’s dining scene. The service was fine—efficient but nothing particularly memorable.
In summary, Ramen Hashi is a great choice for a quick solo lunch or a low-key dining experience, thanks to its fantastic ramen. However, the atmosphere and seating limitations make it less appealing for group outings. I’ll definitely return for the food but with more realistic expectations about the overall experience.

Read moreFirst time here and it did not disappoint!
Pros: clean, casual, dining area with bar seating the entire length of the restaurant where you can look into the kitchen as well as tables set up for 2-3 people against the wall.
Love the very simple and straightforward menu. They don’t offer much, but what they do is GOOD! They make their noodles fresh daily!
I also appreciate that all ramen bowls here are chicken-based broth. They even have a chicken version of the tonkatsu, which is traditionally pork.
We had the Tori Paitan (chicken versiok of tonkatsu), and it was DELICIOUS. It needed nothing else as it was yummy as is. I added some chili paste and chili sesame oil to mine as I like all things with a little kick. I also added an onsen tamago aka poached egg as I opted out of the pork that comes with the ramen.
Service: fast and efficient
Parking: free and ample in a strip mall lot
Cons: Instead of the default pork chasu for the ramen, I wish there was a chicken chasu or ground chicken or tofu option. For those of us who do not eat pork, having another protein (besides an extra egg as a topping) would be appreciated.
They offer cold drinks, but having hot green tea would be lovely.
All in all, a great ramen dining...
