Las Vegas Moobongri Soondae Korean Restaurant
The restaurant was busy with many Korean customers, but it wasn’t really my taste. 1️⃣ Assorted Sundae (Blood Sausage) + Meat + Offal Platter Includes blood sausage, pork slices, liver, tripe, served with shrimp paste and salt for dipping.👍😍 To me, all the ingredients were quite bland — had to soak them in the pork bone soup to get any flavor. The shrimp paste was extremely fishy — honestly better without it (just my personal preference — maybe I’m not used to it). 2️⃣ Pork Bone & Potato Stew (Gamjatang)😒 Considered the large size but went small to try first. Spicier than usual — no spice level was asked when ordering.💕😘 The pork bones had a noticeable gamey taste. I’ve been eating gamjatang for over 10 years at various Korean restaurants — this one ranks on the lower end for me. #LasVegasEats #LasVegas #VegasFood 🍲🇰🇷🤔
