Las Vegas PublicUS|Check-In Success! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I saw someone on Xiaohongshu recommend PublicUS for brunch, so I checked Google and Yelp—all the reviews were pretty solid! So I headed over early this morning to try it out. 🥐☀️ We spent all day yesterday at the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon, came back to the hotel exhausted, skipped dinner, and crashed. 😴 This morning, my buddy was so hungry he couldn’t wait for Wicked Spoon’s brunch—so we hit up this spot from my saved list instead. And wow, it did not disappoint! Highly recommended—🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! I ordered the Garden Farm Benedict for 14, and my friend got the PublicUS BALT Sandwich also for 14. We both had cappuccinos, extra hot, at $4 each. ☕ Why it’s great: 1️⃣ Flavor is on point – The sandwich was excellent! The toast was perfectly grilled: crispy on the outside, soft and fragrant inside with a slight char. The avocado spread paired really well with the slightly dry bread slices—not too moist, not too dry. The bacon was crispy and not overly salty. Honestly, one of the better BLT sandwiches I’ve had. 🥪💯 2️⃣ Fresh ingredients – My eggs Benedict came with grilled vegetables (carrots 🥕, onions 🧅, garlic 🧄, bell peppers 🌶️, and green beans 🫘), all super fresh. It also included a fresh, raw, large tomato 🍅 cut into three big chunks—really good quality, not too acidic, super juicy, and it helped cut through the richness of the dish. 3️⃣ Cappuccino was okay – The coffee was average. Not special, but decent enough with breakfast. I’m not too picky when it comes to a morning brew—it passed. 👍 Have you been to PublicUS? What’s your favorite brunch spot in Vegas?
