📍 Address: 9450 W Russell Rd #101, Las Vegas, NV 89148 Got there at 6:30 PM, waited till 7 PM to be seated. Service was not great — the guy taking orders seemed low-energy, and the staff looked busy but not very organized. We even had to wipe a dirty stain off the chair ourselves before sitting down 🪑🧽. Didn’t note every dish name, but prices were fair — $100 for two including tip. 🐚 Snails – Really disappointing. Not flavorful and tough to chew. 🦪 Clams – These were delicious! Fresh and tasty. If some weren’t fully opened, they’d re-cook them right away. 🍜 Short Rib Pho – The beef was super tender! The rice noodles weren’t as good as some random street-side spots in SF, but still pretty solid. Overall: Worth trying for the pho, but temper your expectations on service and ambiance.
