Lea Really Made the Stay Special! 🌺

Lea was incredibly friendly and kind—she took care of every detail and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay 🥰. I also loved how the housekeeping team is assigned by floor, so you know exactly who to expect each day. It added a nice personal touch to the service 👏🧹. I’ll be back this Saturday and really hope I’m placed on the 14th floor again—fingers crossed! 🤞🤩 The hotel doesn’t have a full pool—just a splash area 💦. But let’s be honest, you don’t really need a pool when you’re in Hawaiʻi… the beach is where it’s at! 🏖️ The location is fantastic—just two blocks from the beach, with Macy’s right around the corner 🛍️. We didn’t get a chance to visit Nordstrom or use the hot tub this time, but we’re looking forward to it on our next trip!
