Let’s Go! Bellagio Las Vegas’s New Year Buffet 🎊🥟

If you're in Vegas during the Lunar New Year, you have to try the dim sum buffet lunch at Jasmine! It’s all about the festive atmosphere – gathering with family, sharing joy, and enjoying a lively meal together. There’s something for every taste! Of course, I couldn’t photograph everything (or didn’t have time to!), but I highly recommend giving it a try if you can.😁😁 Their Cantonese dim sum is top-notch – plus there’s roasted duck, steak, lamb chops, foie gras, sushi, seafood, and more. One must-try is the slow-brewed soups tucked in the corner – often overlooked but deeply flavorful, like the ginseng chicken soup – truly nourishing and well-simmered! 🍲 Desserts were also abundant (I didn’t snap pics though) – wife cakes were lovely, and the bird’s nest egg tarts are a recommendation (not sure if those cost extra). Fresh fruits included cherries and lychees 🍒, and hot dishes like braised oxtail and ginger-scallion lobster were high-quality. For $88 per person, the food is definitely worth it! My only complaint from that day was one guest who piled her plate sky-high – especially at the duck station. It’s fine to ask for skin or meat, but she took a whole plate and slowly picked the pieces she liked while a long line waited behind her. Same with the lobster – she took her time choosing the best parts without considering others. When dining out, especially during holidays, a little consideration goes a long way – if you pick through everything, what’s left for others? 🙃 This special buffet is only offered twice a year – during New Year’s and Lunar New Year. It runs until January 30th, so if you’re interested, don’t miss it! And be sure to book ahead – it sells out! #BellagioBuffet #LasVegasEats #LunarNewYear #DimSumBuffet #VegasFood #FamilyFeast
