Levi📍 A Favorite Holiday Destination for Finns ❄️

During this trip to Levi, I experienced three activities: 1️⃣ Ice Karting: There's a coach that takes you to the icekarting park. It's 15 minutes per round, with a break in between, and then another 15 minutes in the opposite direction. It costs €80 per person, and I booked the 1:00-3:00 PM session. The coach left at 12:45 PM sharp from the zero point, and I barely made it on time—leaving here is really punctual, and I almost missed it! 2️⃣ Husky Sledding: I booked with Northern Lights Village. I was torn about whether to book their hotel, but it was too far from the city, so I didn't. However, they offer transportation from the city for activities. Although the karting was supposed to end at 3:00 PM, I was back at the hotel by 2:30 PM, just in time for the 2:50 PM pickup. There were two groups for this activity; we started with 5🐶, and the next group had 6. Halfway through, they moved one dog to our team to balance it out. Even with 5-6 dogs, it was still quite slow. I saw others with 8 dogs, so you might want to consider that. 3️⃣ Skiing🏂 is really expensive... Equipment rental is €61.5 per person, lift tickets are €54 per person, ski suit rental is an additional €35 per person, locker rental is €4 per person, and the coach ride to south point is €4 per person... So, before I even started skiing, all this money was gone. My husband had a cold and wasn't feeling well😷, so he slept until noon and then went to the slopes. In the end, we probably only managed 2-3 runs before calling it a day. #Skiing #HuskySledding #FinnishGlassHouses #IceKarting #Vacation #Levi #Levi
