With rising prices, the value of a meal has become more important than ever. 🍃 To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations before visiting. I had heard good things from friends in Boston, but living in New York has spoiled my taste buds (though I’m not picky, just have high standards! 😌) 🎢 I skipped the classics and went for many signature rolls, and surprisingly, most of them were delightful! Eel Soft and tender, with flavorful sauce. Eel and rice are a perfect match. It’s a shame they were out of foie gras that night; otherwise, it would have been even better with the topping. 🍖 🍃 Spicy Scallop I thought it would be just another omakase dish, but the quality exceeded my expectations.
