This trip to LV, we stayed at Fontainebleau Las Vegas—none of the negative experiences mentioned online happened. In fact, the front desk upgraded us to a high-floor room with a view of the Sphere 🎡, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. While exploring the hotel’s first floor, we stumbled upon this dessert shop. After checking reviews, we tried their coffee ☕️ and smashed croissant 🥐—both were great! But the real star was their Gelato 🍨—so unbelievably good that my friend and I bought double scoops 5 times in 2.5 days! It’s even better than most gelato I’ve had in Italy 🇮🇹—perfect sweetness, creamy yet light, with no artificial aftertaste. Clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Prices: $7 for one scoop, $10 for two. Here’s my flavor breakdown: 💚 Pistachio Incredibly rich, authentic pistachio flavor—no fake sweetness. Each scoop has real pistachio pieces inside. A must-try first-timer pick! 🫐 Blueberry Yogurt A surprisingly amazing underrated flavor! Light, perfectly balanced between Greek yogurt and fresh blueberry. Our go-to every visit. And as the Chinese highest praise goes: not too sweet 👍 ☕️ Cold Brew Coffee Rich, bold coffee flavor—like diving into a creamy latte. A must for coffee lovers, and also great if you prefer less sweetness. 🥭 Mango Sweet and tangy, refreshing and pure—like real mango sorbet. Natural fruit taste, no artificial syrup vibe. 🍓 Strawberry Fresh, light, and sweet without being heavy.
