Lima's Ultimate Group Dining Spot | Baco y Vaca 🥩🔥​​

After wrapping up training in Lima, our clients recommended this absolute gem - Baco y Vaca Miraflores, and wow did it deliver! The star of the show was definitely their ​​Parrilla (Grill Platter)​​ meant for 4 but easily feeding 6-8 hungry people! 🤯 This meat extravaganza included: Juicy steaks 🥩 Flavorful beef heart Rich morcilla (blood sausage) Tender tripe Chicken breast & hearts 🐔 Pork chops 🐖 ...plus some mystery meats we couldn't even identify before getting stuffed! The beef heart and blood sausage were my personal favorites - perfectly seasoned with zero gaminess. When the platter arrived, the smoky aroma alone had us drooling! 🤤 For starters, the ​​charcoal-grilled mushrooms​​ were a unanimous hit - crispy outside, bursting with juices inside, gone in 60 seconds flat! 🍄💨 Pro tip: For 13 people, two Parrillas plus sides (fries, salads) would've been perfect. We ordered three and ended up with generous leftovers (which our delighted clients happily took home). The ambiance strikes a perfect balance: Elegant indoor seating 🕯️ Lively garden area 🌿 Making it ideal for both business dinners and group celebrations!
