Baco y Vaca — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Horrible customer service! Let me start from the beginning. We came in wanting to be sat by our family . We were not greeted and instead asked “where do you think you are going?” By the hostess. They could not sit us together as they had “reserved” tables despite 20 tables being unoccupied during our entire stay. We were NEVER asked what we wanted to order as we waited 30+ minutes. We had to ask for someone to take our order. My partner and i ordered 2 aperol spritz. We received our food first before our drinks. The meats had absolutely NO FLAVOR. We sat and ate for 40 minutes and we received 2 soda sprites after we completed our meal. WE DID NOT ORDER the 2 sprites and told the waiter it was supposed to be 2 aperol spritz. He told us it was OUR FAULT he did not even apologize for taking the order incorrectly. But anyways why did we receive our sprite after we completed our meal?? They took another 20 minutes to make the aperol spritz. Throughout the entire service there were only 3 occupied tables throughout the entire restaurant and no one bothered to ask how was everything or is everything ok. What were they so busy doing?...

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙖: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Comida muy deliciosa! No importa lo que pidas. Baco y Vaco obviamente está especializado en platos de carne, pero también ofrecen otras opciones en su menú ¡que son muy deliciosas!

Como entrante recomendamos el Carpacio de Lomo por S / 37 - pide limón ya que el jugo comentará el sabor. La Ensalada de Salmon Nikkei por S / 47 fue muy buena y viene con una deliciosa salsa. Era rico en ingredientes.

Además de eso, todos los platos de carne que probamos estaban realmente cocinados al punto y muy deliciosos!

Definitivamente deja espacio para un delicioso postre! Probamos una selección de 3 postres diferentes, ¡tenían un sabor increíble!

𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙨: Regular + En la entrada te medirán la temperatura con un escáner facial y antes de entrar tendrás que pasar por una cabina de desinfección con humedad.

ⒺⓃ: 𝙁𝙤𝙤𝙙: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Very delisicious Food! No matter what you order. Bacon y Vaco is obviously specialised in meat dishes but they also offer other options in their menu which are very delicious!

As starter we recommend the Carpacio de Lomo for S/37 - ask for lemon as the juice will comment the taste. The Ensalada de Salmon Nikkei for S/47 was very good and comes with a delicious salsa. It was richt in ingredients.

Besides that, all meat dishes we tried were really cooked on point and very delicious!

Definetly leave some space for a delicious dessert! We tried the a selection of 3 different dessert, they tasted incredible!

The environment of this place is really good, the food was excellent. Had a combo that included all kinds of meats that were supposed to feed two people, but it was more than enough for four of us. It came with beef, pork, chicken, sausage, morcilla(black pudding), and something else. It was delicious, and the meat was tender and juicy. Wine selection was limited to two Argentinean blends. The one offered was not bad (3.5 in Vivino). The only reason I don't give it five starts is because of the attitude of our waiter.
