Linz, Austria | Restaurant Recommendation: Pianino

When traveling in Austria, if you’re making a trip between the Lake District and the CK town, Linz is a great place to stop and rest. It’s just over an hour by bus to CK and a 2-hour direct train ride to the Lake District, making it very convenient.🙌 After settling into the hotel, I searched the map for a place to eat and chose this highly recommended restaurant, Pianino, which is known for its affordable prices, large portions, and great taste. The restaurant is located next to the DM supermarket. The entrance is a bit inconspicuous, and I almost walked past it. ☺️ Inside, the restaurant is divided into a drinking area and a dining area. 😋The staff greeted us and showed us to our seats, providing an English menu, which made it very convenient not to need a translation. 🥰 Two of us ordered three dishes: 1️⃣ Beef and Vegetable Soup with Pancakes: 6 EUR per serving. The pancakes are added directly into the soup. It was incredibly delicious, and the addition of the pancakes made the soup very filling. 2️⃣ Grilled Mushrooms with Salad and Potatoes: 18 EUR per serving. The mushrooms were plentiful and perfectly grilled. The potatoes and salad were also very tasty, with delicious sauces that added great flavor. 3️⃣ Curry Chicken and Vegetables with Rice: 18 EUR per serving. The curry was so flavorful that it was enjoyable even without rice. It contained a lot of vegetables like celery and broccoli, in addition to chicken. We finished every last bit! We both left very full. The total cost was 💰42 EUR, and no service charge was added. That’s about 150 RMB per person. Restaurant Name: Pianino🌿 📍Address: Landstraße 13, 4020 Linz, Austria Operating Hours: 11:00-04:00, closed on Sundays #RestaurantRecommendation #Austria #Linz #AustriaTravel #Food #CuisineWithoutBorders #HiddenGemRestaurant #TasteOfForeignFood
