Lisbon | Highly recommend the National Tile Museum!!

Must-visit: Map of Lisbon’s cityscape before the 1755 earthquake 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟It’s heart-wrenching to see so many palaces destroyed in the earthquake. 🌟🌟The exhibition spans the history of tiles from 1500 to the present, showcasing the transition and fusion of old and new styles. The museum is housed in a church, so there are many religious-style tiles, along with architectural and art pieces (contemporary art) – all very interesting. 🌟🌟The only regret is that we don’t understand Portuguese, and many of the display cards are not in English. Some fellow visitors mentioned that you can download an app for an audio guide, but it’s also fun to explore without one. 🌟Admission: 8 euros for adults, with discounts for seniors and children. Recommended to spend 1-2 hours exploring; the admission is worth it. #LisbonMuseums #NationalTileMuseum
