Lisbon Shop Exploration | Corner Bistro ❣️
People are singing and dancing in the streets and alleys to celebrate the Festival of Popular Gods!!! Today is the climax of the festival, and the two shops we had chosen in advance were closed, so we decided to randomly choose a Portuguese bistro at the corner. Entering the small 🚪, the decor is traditionally retro with a simple menu focusing on traditional Portuguese dishes. 🌟Dishes: uri sops/soup: A gritty texture made from onions, spicy sausages, kale, potatoes, and chicken broth. It's salty and delicate, and it must be incredibly delicious with 🥖! 🥗uri salaca/Miren: Grilled bell peppers 🫑 + raw onions are very refreshing and greasy. Grilled bell peppers with salad dressing are tasty, but if you don't like raw onions 🧅, be cautious. uri Moelas/ Baz: The taste is particularly suitable for me 😋. The soft yet chewy chicken gizzards are stir-fried with Portuguese spicy sausages, and there is no fishy smell at all! uri sarcinhas/sar: People in the neighborhood are wearing sardine festival hats. As the main food of the festival, it must be tasted. Made from sardines, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice, served with a whole boiled potato 🥔 + a little salad 🥗. Grilled to be crispy outside and tender inside, be careful with the bones and thorns. Mix uri Misto de cara: Grilled meat platter: beef + pork + pork chops + spicy sausage (with rice + fries + olives). If you don't like pork like me, be cautious. The taste is relatively ordinary, and it's not highly recommended. sangria uri sangria: My dream wine. Compared to Spain, the sangria in this Portuguese bistro has a stronger fruity and sweet taste, which goes perfectly with 🥩. It's really amazing! 💰: 25💶 per person (the portion is quite generous) #Portugal #PortugueseFood #LisbonFood #Lisbon #PortugueseSardineFestival #Sardines #GlobalFoodAndDrinkTeam #Lisbon
