With the homemade seafood sauce, it's simply divine. 🥩 MAIN COURSES: 🥩 Fillet of Irish Hereford Beef £58 There's a ranch in Ireland called Hereford, known for its top-quality beef😍. How could it not be fragrant! I had a one-rare steak for the first time, and the tender texture with the natural meat taste was not gamey at all! Dipped in the secret sauce, it's truly lovable! Highly recommended! 🥔 SEASONAL SIDES: La Ratte Mash £8 Creamy mashed potatoes, and you can also choose ones with black truffle flavor! Braised Red Cabbage £8 The braised red cabbage was a pleasant surprise, sweet and savory, with a rich flavor profile. 🍰 DESSERTS: 🍫 70% Guanaja Valrhona Mousse (with Tea/ Coffee) £22 Dark chocolate mousse with a soft and rich texture. Because it's dark chocolate, it's bitter and sweet, not greasy at all😋. On the side is a tangy lemon sorbet. 🤩 This is definitely the best Western meal I've had this year! We booked the PRIVATE DINING Chef’s Table, so there's an additional fee (calculated based on the number of people and additional snacks and drinks) 🖇.
