London's Super Delicious Pizza: Napoli On The Road

This place is just a few steps from where I used to live. I would go there whenever I craved Italian pizza. The store used to be completely empty. I didn't expect it to win the UK's Best Pizza award in 2024. Suddenly, it became super crowded, and now you even need to book a table. Has my hidden gem been discovered? Sob. I might as well recommend it online! Their pizza base is soft and moist, with a very fluffy and soft crust (which becomes chewy when cold). It's my favorite texture! It's one of the few pizzas where I eat the crust as well. This is how Neapolitan pizza should taste! 🍕 Pizza This time, I ordered GENOVESE (mine) and RICORDI D'INFANZIA (my friend's). GENOVESE is ragù-based, and we both agreed it was super fragrant! The other one had a stronger flavor, with a salty and tangy seasoning. It was very appetizing. I liked it, but my friend didn't ( ). 🍝 Appetizers/Snacks For the Fritti, I got FRITTATINE. To put it simply, it's like a croquette filled with creamy bacon pasta. It was delicious! Almost all the neighboring tables ordered the potato version (CROCCHÈ), which should be good too! 🍰 Dessert Pistachio tiramisu. European desserts are indeed a bit too sweet for my taste. It was a bit too much... #ItalianCuisine #Pizza #RestaurantRecommendation #HiddenGemRestaurant #FoodieChecklist #EatingOut #London #LondonExploration #LondonPizza #WesternCuisine #UKFoodShare #pizza #LondonLife
