I can't even remember how many times I've dined at LOBOS—whenever friends want a meat feast, a few names always come to mind, and if we're near the Tower Bridge or SOHO, we head straight to LOBOS. 🥩 Chuleton—this is the steak! It's a bone-in ribeye, my go-to choice, and it's usually enough for a single person to enjoy a whole plate 😆. The beef, simply prepared, is incredibly fresh and comes with a green sauce that offers a different but delightful flavor profile.
