Every time I pass by this place at Borough Market, I’m drawn in by its incredibly atmospheric vibe. The open kitchen + open dining room create a unique chill factor that’s one of a kind. I thought I was paying for the ambiance, but I was equally amazed by the food. Just make sure to tell the waiter not to sprinkle salt on the surface! That’s how I ordered it, and it was perfect 😌. 🍢 Grilled Skewer Series: 【Chicken Thigh】Highly recommended! Crispy outside and tender inside, juicy and full of that charcoal grilled aroma. It’s top-notch, even by domestic barbecue standards 🌟. 【Pork Souvlaki】The pork skewers are also delicious, very tender with no unpleasant smell. I’ve noticed that pork in British restaurants is usually well-handled 🐷. 【Lamb Kebab】This lamb skewer has a distinct Middle Eastern flavor 🌶️. 🍖 Roasted Meat Series: 【Roasted Lamb】This is the lamb roasted in large pieces at the entrance. It’s drier and more aromatic, full of meaty goodness with a unique seasoning that reminds me of my mom’s seafood with scallion and ginger 🍖. 🫓 Grilled Bread Series: 【Spicy Pork Sausage, Spit Roast Pineapple, Hot Honey】This grilled bread is so good that if they ever stop selling grilled meat, they could definitely make it as a pizza place with this alone. Pork sausage with sweet and tangy pineapple, topped with a bit of spicy hot honey and cheese crumbles. So delicious!!! And their bread is fluffy with a bit of chewiness. Yum! 🤤. 【Confit Lamb, Spiced Tomato, Garlic Yoghurt】This one is also good, with yogurt paired with sweet and tangy tomatoes. But it pales in comparison to the previous one, which was just too good 🍅. 🍮【Tiramisu】Their tiramisu uses a denser cake for the ladyfinger layer, with a smooth and thick mascarpone that’s not too boozy. It’s delicious!
