London | Can’t Forget That Brunch 😭

Today, I found a receipt in the pocket of my bag, and memories just flooded back 😭😭😭 I really want to go back and eat there again! As my first-ever restaurant review, I have to recommend what I consider the ultimate London brunch spot! 🏆 Average Spend: £10-20 (includes a 12.5% service charge) This is a brunch place that’s supposedly part of a chain from Greece and Belgium. As a huge foodie who can eat a lot, and after an early morning train ride to London, I was starving when I finally entered this much-anticipated spot. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere inside is super cozy, warm, and modern. The decor is very unique, giving the whole place a relaxed and cheerful vibe. (I borrowed a photo from Google.) 🌟 Following the principle of "try as many dishes as possible while you’re here," I ordered three items: Greek Yogurt Pancake (5/5⭐️ Highly Recommended) This is a must-try! The pancake is thick, almost cake-like in texture, with a strong dairy flavor. Combined with Greek yogurt, it has a very rich mouthfeel. The honey, blueberries, nuts, and seeds on top add a nice, crunchy texture. It’s also very photogenic – I personally loved it for its taste and appearance! 😍 Croissant Roll Scrambled Spinach (4.5/5⭐️) The outer layer is an incredibly crispy croissant roll, so crispy it feels almost fried. On top is a truffle-flavored sauce and a mushroom slice, with scrambled eggs and spinach inside. The whole thing is served on a large plate, which makes it a bit tricky to photograph. The taste is great, though it’s a bit inconvenient to eat. Poached Eggs Koulouri Yogurt Spicy Oil (4.5/5⭐️) This dish has a nice chewy texture, similar to a bagel, topped with poached eggs, a sprinkle of scallions, and a mild spicy oil. It’s a very interesting and unique combination with a lot of character. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Also, I suggest arriving before 9:30 AM to avoid the queue, which can sometimes be up to 30 minutes. I could clearly see more and more people lining up at the entrance as I ate. I was glad I arrived early. A little side note: Since I heard there would be a queue, I arrived at 9:10 AM and saw the words "Ergon Deli" on the glass to the left (in photo 7) and walked right in – only to find it completely empty, with no staff. I was very confused for a while until I realized the main restaurant was next door. So if you arrive early, make sure you don’t walk into the wrong place! #RestaurantVisit #BeautifulFood #DailyLife #UK #UKLife #London #LondonLife #LondonEats #LondonBrunch
