Promoted to my all-time favorite Vietnamese restaurant A must-eat in London 👍 Bánh Cuón: The chicken rice rolls are soft and sticky, reminiscent of pounded New Year’s cake. The chicken filling is authentically prepared, with no strong chicken flavor, and it complements the vegetable bits perfectly 👍 The fried onion sprinkled on top is also fantastic. Crab parcel: The crab meat isn’t very pronounced, barely detectable 🤨 The carrot inside is a bit undercooked and overpowers the flavor. Compared to the rice rolls, it’s quite lacking 🙃‍↔️ Anchovied chicken wings: They taste like Korean sweet and spicy fried chicken, but with a thin coating that’s somehow still crispy 🍗 High praise! Special large combo pho: This is my top pho in the UK. Many places separate the flavor of the noodles from the broth, but here the broth is rich and the noodles are well-seasoned 😋 The combo comes with an extra-large serving of meat, so much that you almost can’t see the noodles at first, including beef slices, tripe, and beef balls.
