Dozo is always bustling on weekday evenings, with an interior that exudes authentic Japanese style. I used to visit frequently with friends, and this time was no exception! π Beef Bowl π± The beef bowl is loaded with generous portions of tender beef, perfectly paired with soft, well-cooked rice. Every bite is pure satisfaction! π Sashimi Platter π£ The sashimi platter features incredibly fresh fish. The thick slices of salmon and scallops are incredibly tender and smooth on the palate. π Skewers π We chose pork, beef, and chicken skewers. Each has a unique flavor, with one having a hint of pepper that adds a delightful aroma and depth of taste! π Tempura π€ The tempura is perfectly crispy on the outside, yet light and non-greasy when you bite into it. The vegetables I tried, including a sweet piece of sweet potato, were fantastic! π Eel Roll π The eel roll is huge, with a slightly grilled surface that adds a nice smoky flavor.
