📍The sea, the sea Recently, I visited a little treasure of a shop in Chelsea, and I was completely wowed by the menu! Those of us in the UK know that the British people’s seafood cooking skills are pretty much non-existent. But this place is really something else – not only is the ingredients super fresh, but the flavor and the clever food pairings are on par with some of the Michelin-starred places I’ve eaten! Since it’s an open kitchen, it’s also fun to see how the chef selects the fish, etc.🦐🎉 Sea Urchin + Black Truffle (Highly recommended ❗️) Oysters (Just okay) Cuttlefish + Yam + Caviar (Highly recommended ❗️) Codfish + I can’t remember… (Highly recommended ❗️) Their selection of wine is also great 👍 Wine lovers can order blindly without worrying about making a bad choice.
