It was the most adorable little gem who treated me to a beautiful birthday dinner at 📍Trinity. The September menu has been delayed until now, but it was truly delicious! Overall, the service and the dishes were very satisfying! 😋😋 Dish Quality: 8.5/10 (Menu in the last photo) 🐮 Trinity Beef Tartare (+£15) Absolutely a must-order, even with the extra cost! The beef is so finely handled, the texture is barely noticeable. The fat of the meat + the salty freshness of caviar + the light mustard seasoning, it’s in the top three of beef tartare I’ve ever had! 🐟 Yellowfin Tuna Soaked in a light soy sauce, slightly seared on the outside. Tasty but not as outstanding as the tartare. 🍲 Strozzapreti A type of pasta, oily so it’s also very fragrant, with a strong buttery flavor. It contains some mushrooms, overall delicious! 🐟 Smoked Salmon In the top three of smoked salmon I’ve ever had! Not too salty, the cream cheese white sauce underneath is just to die for! Cucumber slices cut through the richness, and the whole dish is not too heavy. 🦆 Roast English Duck Also in the top three of ducks I’ve ever had! The perfect cooking temperature makes the duck meat tender without any gaminess. The sweet beetroot sauce is a perfect match for the duck! 🐟 Steamed Scottish Cod Neither here nor there, I don’t remember it well 👀 🥧 Honey Soufflé They threw an ice cream ball inside, and the soufflé started to collapse. The whole process is adorably cute! Just baked, so you get the hot and cold contrast in your mouth.
