London | Ink Rice for Only £12 in Mayfair – What a Delight!

This Spanish restaurant in Mayfair is a hidden gem. The staff are all Spanish, and the place is popular with locals. The dim lighting adds a cozy and atmospheric vibe. I basically ordered blindly and was not disappointed – everything I tried was fantastic! (I’ve marked all the dishes I ordered on the menu attached at the end.) 🐙 Octopus with Potatoes: Sliced octopus paired with crispy potatoes. It’s slightly salty but incredibly tasty. 🦑 Ink Rice: The rice is mixed with plenty of squid – it’s more delicious than I expected! 🦐 Garlic and Chili Shrimp: Served hot and fresh off the grill, the shrimp are very bouncy and aromatic – delicious! 🐷 Iberian Pork: The pork is incredibly tender and juicy! The seasoning is spot-on – it’s really good. 🥘 Spanish Seafood Paella: I thought this was a must-order, but it turned out to be a bit underwhelming – it’s just average and not as good as the ink rice. 🍮 Caramel Pudding: A bit disappointing compared to the usual – it’s on the sweeter side. 🍨 Almond Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream: Just okay. ⭐️ Drinks: I tried all three flavors of the non-alcoholic cocktails.
