London | Memoirs of My Love for Middle Eastern Cuisine
This restaurant is one I knew I had to write about immediately after dining there. But... someone got a bit lazy ๐ And here we are, finally getting around to it. Still part of my Bib Gourmand adventure, I feel like Iโve pretty much tried all the Bib Gourmand spots in London. Because even when ordering blindly, Iโve never had a miss. Perfect for everyday meals! Sesame Fried Chicken Cutlet Tastes like something from an air fryer โ super crispy and gives a healthy illusion. Itโs very fragrant, served with a basic aioli. ๐ Signature Bread The bread itself has a fluffy, old-fashioned texture. Itโs paired with a rich tahini and a red sauce thatโs surprisingly refreshing. ๐ฅช Toasted Bread Gets more delicious with every bite, mixed with sunflower seeds and served with a light, whipped butter. ๐ฅช Eggplant Dip Spicy Sauce One of the best parts of Middle Eastern cuisine is choosing from various condiments. I personally love the pomegranate yogurt sauce and the eggplant dip. The former is a perfect match for grilled meats! ๐ฅ Grilled Octopus A safe and delicious choice, served with a refreshing almond sauce that has a slight grainy texture. ๐ฆ Roast Chicken Absolutely delicious! The chicken skin is crispy and fragrant, and their yogurt sauce has an indescribable, charming flavor. ๐ Middle Eastern Spiced Martini I ordered this out of curiosity, but it was pretty average โ I couldnโt really taste the spices. ๐ธ ๐ The Palomar #Foodie #HiddenGemRestaurant #BeautifulFood #LondonMiddleEasternCuisine #BibGourmand #MichelinRestaurant #BabyFood
