It's incredibly intriguing! π€© π₯© Calf's Liver, Beetroot, and Horseradish This dish is truly unexpected. Super tender, large slices of calf's liver paired with seasoned onions and sweet beetroot, all dipped in a bit of mustard. It has a rustic yet harmoniously flavored taste. π€ Many might shy away from this, but I say give it a tryβit might just open up a new world for you! π Guinea Fowl, Courgettes, and Aioli This dish is deliciously normal. Butter-fried, super tender guinea fowl paired with tender, stewed courgettes. It's incredibly tasty! π π§ Madeleines A must-order signature dish! It's best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. I suggest eating it on the spot; taking it home made it seem a bit ordinary. The freshly baked, crispy-outside, soft-inside madeleines are so fragrant that my nose almost fell off.
