Grilled meat + grilled onions + grilled pineapple + Chipotle Salsa. The grilled pineapple is super juicy! A sweet and salty perpetual motion machine!! I love any sauce with Chipotle, which is a kind of smoky, burnt chili powder ๐ถ๏ธ not spicy but very fragrant! The roast pork is especially tender and juicy, and with various mysterious Mexican seasonings, it's just different when roasted.
