London | Super Delicious Thai Food at Som Saa | Dog-Friendly ๐ถ
Known for its creative Thai cuisine, Som Saa is an incredibly atmospheric Thai restaurant. Fun fact: itโs also dog-friendly! (Even though I didnโt bring my pupper along, hehe) ๐ถ ๐ฒ Gai Yaang (Chicken Skewers) ๐๐๐๐๐ Incredibly delicious grilled chicken skewers! So good that three of us ordered another round after finishing the first. The meat is tender and not greasy at all. ๐ฒ Nahm Dtork Pla Thort (Fried Sea Bass) ๐๐๐๐๐ โ๏ธMust-order dishโ๏ธ The crispy skin is perfectly fried, and the overall flavor is quite tangy. If youโre not a fan of sour flavors, you might want to eat less of the sauce. The portion is enough for 2-3 people. ๐ฒ Mu Parlow (Thai Braised Pork) ๐๐๐๐ This is a very flavorful dish that goes great with rice. The pork is well-stewed, full of flavor, and not greasy at all. Itโs sweet but not overpowering, and thereโs no porky aftertaste. ๐ฅ Papaya Salad ๐๐๐๐ A refreshing dish with a bit of heat, but the balance of sweet and sour is spot-on. If you love papaya, donโt miss this! ๐ธ Rok Tong Ham ๐๐๐๐๐ Tequila-based, with basil and kaffir lime leaves, and cucumber. The combination of fruity and refreshing flavors is just perfect. ๐ The menu changes frequently. The papaya salad was on the todayโs special menu, so be sure to reserve in advance. โค๏ธ #LondonFood #LondonThaiCuisine #SomSaa #LondonEats #LifeInLondon #UKFood #LondonPetFriendly #LondonDogFriendly #HiddenGemRestaurant
