London | Super Delicious Thai Food at Som Saa | Dog-Friendly πΆ
Known for its creative Thai cuisine, Som Saa is an incredibly atmospheric Thai restaurant. Fun fact: itβs also dog-friendly! (Even though I didnβt bring my pupper along, hehe) πΆ π² Gai Yaang (Chicken Skewers) πππππ Incredibly delicious grilled chicken skewers! So good that three of us ordered another round after finishing the first. The meat is tender and not greasy at all. π² Nahm Dtork Pla Thort (Fried Sea Bass) πππππ βοΈMust-order dishβοΈ The crispy skin is perfectly fried, and the overall flavor is quite tangy. If youβre not a fan of sour flavors, you might want to eat less of the sauce. The portion is enough for 2-3 people. π² Mu Parlow (Thai Braised Pork) ππππ This is a very flavorful dish that goes great with rice. The pork is well-stewed, full of flavor, and not greasy at all. Itβs sweet but not overpowering, and thereβs no porky aftertaste. π₯ Papaya Salad ππππ A refreshing dish with a bit of heat, but the balance of sweet and sour is spot-on. If you love papaya, donβt miss this! πΈ Rok Tong Ham πππππ Tequila-based, with basil and kaffir lime leaves, and cucumber. The combination of fruity and refreshing flavors is just perfect. π The menu changes frequently. The papaya salad was on the todayβs special menu, so be sure to reserve in advance. β€οΈ #LondonFood #LondonThaiCuisine #SomSaa #LondonEats #LifeInLondon #UKFood #LondonPetFriendly #LondonDogFriendly #HiddenGemRestaurant
