London | This Retro Tearoom Healed My Whole Afternoon

✔️One of my favorite London afternoon teas! It’s neither a hotel nor an internet-famous spot, but the atmosphere is just perfect. ✔️This tearoom is a gentle and quiet little place, retro and cozy. As soon as you step in, it feels like you’ve stepped into an old movie. ✔️The first time I visited was after exploring around Kensington. I just wanted to find a place to sit down, and as soon as I pushed the door open, I fell in love. Every set of tea ware inside is different, the tablecloths are cream-colored with floral patterns, and even the paintings on the walls are full of character. The lighting in the shop that afternoon was amazing, and sitting by the window, you really can’t help but zone out for a while. ✔️We ordered the Traditional Afternoon Tea set and an additional pot of tea. The scones were freshly baked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Paired with clotted cream and jam, they were the epitome of comfort! The tea was clean and smooth, not bitter or astringent, and it was so relaxing to drink. ‼️ Reservations are a must!
