London | This Thai Iced Tea… Makes Me Drool Just Thinking About It 🧋

Devouring a big bowl of mixed rice is pure happiness… 🍚✨ 🍗 Gai Tord Hat Yai (Thai Fried Chicken) Super fragrant with a smoky flavor—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Perfectly paired with crispy fried onions and a tangy-sweet sauce. I’m obsessed! A must-order. 🍗🔥 🥘 Gaeng Massaman Neua (Beef Massaman Curry) Sweet curry with melt-in-your-mouth beef and soft potatoes. Break the beef and potatoes into small pieces, coat them in curry sauce, and it’s the ultimate rice companion. Another must-order! Not spicy at all—I love it. 🥘💛 🦐 Gaeng Gati Gung (Coconut Curry Shrimp) This one is incredibly aromatic—pure coconut curry goodness. It comes with a few large shrimp but is extremely spicy 😭. I couldn’t stop eating it, even though I was wiping away tears. If you can’t handle spice, skip this. But if you can, order it immediately! 🌶️🦐 🥬 Pak Bung Fai Daeng (Stir-Fried Morning Glory) The flavor of this stir-fried morning glory is unlike anything I’ve ever had! The garlic and spice are perfectly balanced, and it’s packed with fermented beans. Another rice companion masterpiece. 🥬🧄 🍳 Khai Dow (Fried Egg) Runny yolk!! OMG, paired with rice and curry, it’s perfection. They serve it with a sauce, but it’s way too salty—you can skip it. 🍳🍚 🍚 Khao Hom Mali Mai (Thai Fragrant Rice) The rice is served in a metal bucket, and they give you a generous portion. You have to order rice to go with the dishes. 🍚✨ 🍧 Itim Khanom Pang (Ice Cream Bread) My first time trying this 🥹🥹. Butter bread filled with pandan sticky rice and a sweet ice cream ball (I couldn’t figure out the flavor, but it’s amazing). This combination is genius—you have to try it! 🍞🍨 🍵 Cha Yen (Thai Iced Tea) This one has a black tea base and tastes similar to Hong Kong-style milk tea—sweet! It pairs perfectly with spicy curry. 🧋❤️ 🍵 Cha Kieow Yen (Thai Iced Green Tea) This one has a green tea base with a hint of jasmine fragrance. One sip, and it feels like summer 🥹. But I prefer the black tea version! Both are delicious—it’s a matter of preference. 🍵🌿 📍 Plaza Khao Gaeng Average £40 per person (including drinks and dessert). #LondonRestaurants #LondonFoodie #LondonThaiFood #LondonCurry #ThaiIcedTea #LondonSoutheastAsianCuisine
