Just at the start of this year, Origin City has already become one of my top picks for the restaurant of the year! 🎉 This restaurant adheres to the “farm-to-table” philosophy, with all ingredients sourced from their own farm in Scotland, raised sustainably and organically. 🌾 Chef Graham Chatham masterfully combines British classics with Provençal flavors. 🍽️ Recommended dishes include the black pig and game meat pie, Dexter lamb, and especially the chocolate dessert that pairs with it. 🥘 The wine list is also exceptional, perfect for a complete gourmet night out with friends. 🍷 ⚠️ Heads up, the restaurant is closed on Mondays.
