London Food | Hidden Gem Restaurant Near Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace
I stumbled upon a restaurant on the way from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The taste, service, and price all exceeded expectations and are worth trying again! 🍗 Duck hash - Slow-cooked confit duck leg with crispy potatoes, beechwood-smoked bacon, and cabbage, served with a runny egg and an orange and blackcurrant sauce. It's a must-try dish in the restaurant! The first bite reveals tender, soft, and delicious duck that warms your heart! 🥳 The side dishes and sauces complement each other perfectly, creating a unique and delicious taste!!! 🥩 Sirloin steak - A thick sirloin steak with fries, cherry tomatoes, and onion rings. The steak was cooked medium-rare, and the texture was acceptable, but it could have been more juicy. Pair it with a drink for a better experience. The fries were delicious, with a crispy exterior and a soft, sticky interior. 🍟 The gentleman at the next table ordered a large plate of mussels, which was the specialty of the day, and he said it was also very tasty. You might want to give it a try later. 🧡 Service: The two aunties on the second floor were very friendly. They were kind and patient when explaining and asking questions during the ordering process. They would occasionally check if we needed help or if there was anything unsatisfactory. Their communication with customers was sincere and natural, without any coldness or excessive politeness, making people feel very comfortable. I believe the power of sincerity can be felt. 🧡 Price: Less than £25 per person. Overall, it is highly recommended. With its high cost-performance ratio and excellent taste and service, it's a great find near the expensive Buckingham Palace area. #LondonLife #LondonFood #NoteInspiration #WhatToEatInLondon #HiddenTreasureRestaurant #MyHiddenTreasureFoodCollection #FoodRecommendation #BritishFood #EveryMomentIsWorthRecording
