London Food Exploration Diary | Atmospheric Restaurant Recommendation

It’s a Spanish restaurant with a great vibe, perfect for weekend gatherings with sisters, birthdays, or dates. 🌟 They have a special menu every day; you can ask the staff about it~~ They’ll be happy to tell you about the cooking methods of these dishes and if they are super recommended~~~ 😊 We ordered the following~~ Gernika Peppers ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Roasted soft peppers that taste delightful when you bite into them. 🌶️ Cornish Crab & Caviar Pintxos ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended! Generous crab meat, lime juice seasoning, rich in sauce, and sprinkled with fresh chili powder to enhance the flavor. The bread at the bottom is also very crispy but doesn’t steal the show because it’s thin, probably just there to add texture. 🦀 Gambas ⭐️⭐️ Just okay shrimp, decent taste but not quite worth 24 pounds. 🍤 Txipiroi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I remember correctly, this is the name of the rice dish, haha. Topped with soft-shell crab, a squeeze of lemon is needed. The rice is delicious with a tomato + cream flavor, very creamy. 🍚 Pluma ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Low and slow cooked meat is just delicious! Sliced thinly, it’s tender and soft when you eat it, and it goes great with the romesco sauce! The sauce is made from a blend of ingredients, mainly tomato, but it’s not too acidic because of the other mixed flavors. Despite being thick, the sauce is not cloying. 🥩 Basque ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We didn’t order a separate dessert menu and went straight for this. It’s delicious; many say it’s sweet, but I only found the first bite sweet, and after that, it didn’t feel as sweet, haha.
