London Michelin One-Star Pavyllon | First Visit Left Me Dazed 🌟🍽️

🍷🍽️My friend is a regular here and says the service is exceptionally good, so when she mentioned this newly promoted Michelin French restaurant that I hadn't been to, I just had to come along and experience it for myself. Pavyllon is under the wing of renowned chef Yannick Alléno, who has a dozen restaurants and a total of sixteen Michelin stars. The Pavyllon in France is also a one-star restaurant. The executive chef in London, Benjamin, seems quite serious and appears to be constantly directing the kitchen staff with a stern demeanor. Located near Mayfair at the Four Seasons Hotel, it took us a bit of searching to find the place. We had a 6 PM dinner reservation, and the restaurant had just opened! We were immediately led to the counter where we could watch the chefs cook while we ate. The familiar waiter teased my friend about her French language skills and was very attentive with serving tea and water😇. 🥖🧂Most of the dishes on the menu were familiar to my friend, so we listened to her recommendations and ordered a newly developed chicken dish, which was around £100, piquing our curiosity about its presentation. When it arrived, it turned out to be a fried chicken cutlet with cheese that oozed out of the middle. The taste was not bad, but it became after a few bites due to its weak layers. It was what you see is what you get. Another main course with beef marrow was quite creative, but as with beef marrow, it can be if eaten in large quantities and might be better with some staple food to spread it on. The appetizers were all very delicate and tasty, and the bread was delicious as well. I think one of the strengths of this restaurant is its light flavors, which are not as salty as many other French restaurants. 🏨Overall, if you're looking for a dining experience, you might want to give it a try. My choice of dishes this time might not have been the best. The dinner cost over £100 per person, but they offer a very reasonably priced lunch! It seems you can get a three-course lunch set for just over £50! Reservations are friendly, and if you're in a hurry to choose a place with some class for a meal, this might be worth considering. Price per person: £100 #Paris#ParisianFood#ParisRestaurantRecommendations
