London Must-Try List | The Most Surprising Irish Coffee
👍I’ve had Irish Coffee at many places in the UK, and most of them were just average or even not that great. But this bar, which has been on the Top Bar 50 list, will definitely surprise you. 👍The cream on top is cool and a bit like the caramel brûlée topping on a pearl milk tea, very rich and fragrant. The body of the drink is a warm blend of liqueur and coffee, with a sweet taste that harmonizes perfectly with the coffee flavor. The cream topping adds an extra touch of elegance. The alternating cold and hot sensations don’t make it overly sweet. 👍It’s so delicious that I would go to London countless times just for this cup. I’ve had as many as four in one night, or enjoyed one before/after watching a musical in the West End or Magic Mike. It’s pure bliss. Bar Name: Swift Soho 📍 12 Old Compton St, London W1D 4TQ, UK This bar has many branches, and the ones in East London and Borough are also good, but I still think the Soho location has the most authentic taste! Highly, highly recommended for anyone who loves milk tea. #CoffeeAndLiquor #MyCoffeeDiary #TheEndOfTheWorldIsAGoodCupOfCoffee #IrishCoffee #SwiftBar
