London Oxford Street’s Superb Environment

🍣 For my bestie’s birthday, I had to arrange a restaurant with a beautiful environment, delicious food, and a vibe that’s off the charts! After much consideration, I locked in on Aqua Kyoto in the heart of London. They specialize in exquisite and creative Japanese cuisine, perfect for dating and photos. 🥢 As soon as I walked in, the environment won me over! The dim lighting exuded a low-key luxury, and the bar area was super atmospheric, perfect for dates, gatherings, and most importantly, the food was delicious and not expensive! Now they offer a £50 sushi buffet every Thursday, which includes super fresh sushi, plus 6-7 appetizers and main courses to choose from. Normally, the average cost is over £100, which is such a steal. You have to go on Thursdays! Starters The first course was a selection of 4 small dishes including salted edamame, fried eggplant, chicken gyoza, and barbecued pork buns. The preparation was unique and each dish was delicious. 🍣 Sushi Buffet After the appetizers, it was time for the sushi buffet. Unlike typical buffets, the sushi here is made to order. The Nigiri and Rolls were very fresh and sweet, with the tuna sushi particularly thick and satisfying. The first round came with 9 types of sushi, and we got to try each one and could have as many refills as we wanted. We had 3 rounds of Nigiri and it was fantastic. Main Course The main course was also exceptional. We chose wasabi fried fish and charcoal-grilled beef. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender with a captivating smoky aroma that left you wanting more with every bite. 🍰 Dessert Platter Aesthetically pleasing, the matcha tiramisu was rich in tea flavor without being too sweet, and the Sakura Dessert contained sorbet, chocolate mousse, and marshmallows. Each bite was like eating a work of art. 🔥 From the environment, service, to the food, everything about this place was on point. My bestie was over the moon with happiness💕.
