London Soho’s Top Spanish Tapas Bar
This one-Michelin-starred spot really has that tapas-style comfort food vibe. It feels casual, but after eating, you’re inexplicably happy. As a small influencer in London, it has quite the atmospheric feel. If you’re a fan of grill, don’t miss it!! 🍴 What to Get 🍄🟫 Wild Mushrooms A simple staple recommended by the staff. I’ve never had mushrooms fried so deliciously before. The addition of eggs makes it as smooth as Dove chocolate. 🍞 Walnut Bread with Quince and Lardo The bread is warm and crunchy, with quince exuding a refreshing sweetness that’s very appetizing. 🎃 Pumpkin Fritto The fried pumpkin can be a bit oily, but it’s quite tasty with honey. 🦀 Spider Crab Omlette Waiting for ages just for the moment of cutting into it. It didn’t have the explosive juiciness I imagined, but it’s still very fresh with the crab. 🥩 Beef Sirloin I was shocked by the size when it was served. The beef is grilled to be crispy outside and tender inside, with a hint of smokiness. 🥘 Wood Fired Rice This dish was the highlight of the entire meal. It looks like seafood rice at first glance but without the seafood. However, it has the same smoky flavor. 🍨 Torrija with Brown Butter Ice Cream It’s like the Spanish version of French toast. Thinner but toastier, and with ice cream, it’s incredibly creamy. #ShoutingOutLocalCuisine #100RestaurantChallenge #TappingIntoTapas #LondonFood #AtmosphericRestaurants #MichelinRestaurantExploration
