First Visit to Kopan Sushi & Ramen Bar in Garden Grove 🍣🎌 Heard from a friend that this place—Kopan Sushi & Ramen Bar in Garden Grove—is pretty great! Since I already loved their other branch, I decided to drop by while running errands nearby. The restaurant is easy to find, located in a plaza right off the main road with a menu board standing at the entrance! 🧭✨ 🗼 As soon as you step inside, it feels like you’ve been transported to Kyoto! The interior is filled with Japanese charm: a large moon-shaped centerpiece, traditional dolls on the walls, and delicate lighting—every detail reminded me of my trip to Japan last summer. 💮🍵 Couples can choose a private booth for a romantic and intimate vibe, while those who enjoy watching the masters at work can sit at the sushi counter and see their fresh sushi being crafted right before their eyes—so reassuring! 👨🍳👀 📜 The menu offers a wide variety, and the 🍷 drink selection is especially impressive. My friend ordered a refreshing Lemon Highball, which was delicious! Even better—after your first drink, every subsequent drink (any type!) is half price! With a great range of sakes and cocktails, those who love a good drink will absolutely adore this place. Plus, they’re open until 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, which is rare for the area—perfect for night owls looking to hang out and chat! 🥂🦉 We ordered a 🍣 Sashimi Platter including uni, ikura, and scallops. The ingredients were super fresh—the uni was sweet and delicious, so satisfying! We also took advantage of the Buy 1️⃣ Get 1️⃣ 🆓 Half Price roll promotion and got two rolls. 🌯 The Black Truffle Roll was aromatic and highly recommended! The other was a no-rice roll—perfect for those watching their weight but still wanting great flavor!
