Lamb was fragrant (not gamey at all) and the pasta was soft, like thick wonton wrappers — exactly how we like it! Cleaned the plate 🍽️💖. 🍛 Scallops Seared scallops with truffle mushroom risotto — so aromatic! 🍄✨ Risotto is mild, scallops are savory — perfect together. 🐖 Pork Chop The best pork chop I’ve had in the US! 🥩🔥 Crispy outside, juicy and tender inside — no porky taste at all.
