Luxembourg | Brasserie Guillaume
Craving seafood? Where to go? You can visit Brasserie Guillaume. You can see the fresh seafood in the window from the street π¦πππ¦ The scallops π (coquilles saint-jacques) can be ordered as a small appetizer or a large main course. The main course comes with spinach and mashed potatoes π₯ The Norwegian langoustine π¦ is very fresh, a serving of six, and itβs incredibly satisfying to eat. The tuna tartare π (tartare de thon), usually I eat beef, so it was my first time trying tuna. Hard to judge. The portion is large and it even comes with a bowl of vegetable salad π₯ and a bowl of rice π. My friend liked it, but I thought it was just okay, even a bit bad. Different strokes for different folks, so I gave it to my friend. Oysters π¦ͺ come in a set of eight. My foreign friends like them, and I think theyβre pretty good too, very fresh. Other foreign guests like to pair oysters with white wine π₯ If you want to know what to eat, you can check out the window before entering the store π Then show the server the picture, because some items arenβt on the menu, but they can make it if you order. The restaurant also has large lobsters π¦, about 65 euros each, but I didnβt order one due to limited stomach space. If anyone has tried it, please share your experience in the comments.
