Drove an hour and a half just to try this 4.8⭐ Google-rated gem—Backstreet BBQ Hotpot! They offer all-you-can-eat BBQ, hotpot, or both. 💰 Price: Hotpot only - $31 per person BBQ only - $31 per person Combo (BBQ + Hotpot) - $36 per person We went with the combo! Each person gets their own mini hotpot, and there’s a shared grill in the middle of the table. The meat here is super fresh and delicious—way better than any hotpot or BBQ place in Madison. 😋 The service was excellent, too! Even though we were seated far from the kitchen, the staff checked on us regularly, refilled dishes quickly, and cleared empty plates promptly 🧑‍🍳💯 (maybe because we went off-peak hours?). Forgot to take photos 😅, but I got the pork bone broth hotpot—it came with a HUGE marrow bone 🦴, which I happily gnawed on after finishing the soup! My friend’s spicy broth was also amazing 🌶️👌. Great value—all-you-can-eat joy without breaking the bank.
