Nice place for a date and the sushi thing is a good add on but the meats are low quality especially compared to real Korean BBQ restaurants. No flavor. You have to drown your cooked meats in the sauces that you have to get in these small dipping trays. Then we were getting mad at the lady who kept turning down our fire to a point where the very center was the only part cooking the meat through. So we had tough bloody raw fatty meats with no flavor that took too long for us to keep sitting there. So if we get sick or parasites then we will sue this place. I think they were trying to be slick and slow us down as the portions were small compared to what you would get at other places for less of the cost. The perfect 5.0 rating is so misleading. Not real Korean BBQ and doesn't have the traditional sides other than really sour overly fermented kimchi that is even below H Marts low quality garbage kimchi. The sushi and sashimi are decent. Definitely a non Asian type restaurant, meaning if you are not into traditional Japanese or Korean cuisine then go here and have fun but if you know traditional Asian styles then this is not for you. If you are Asian then this is not for you unless you are very Americanized like you think Panda Express is Chinese food. This is the Panda Express of Japanese and...
Read moreEDITED REVIEW: When you dine-in, the waiters will inform you that you can receive a free drink if you submit a 5-star review for their business. Which is true, however, the waitress urged me to get another drink. I told her no, but she said the second drink would be free, so I agreed. Once the receipts came, she included the drink onto the receipt. I came with a party of four and I was the only person to order drinks. They added a drink to each of the guests at our table, which resulted to each person paying $80 for each person. After paying, we were heading out, did not mention any of these inconveniences to anyone, and we were stopped and being asked very aggressively if we had the signed receipt. The man did not let us go until we disclosed that the signed receipt was left on the table, which is the norm to do. Frankly, they need to re-train their staff and not lie and keep track of their receipts.
OLD REVIEW: Such a great place to invite friends and family to. Everything is spacious and they have a great selection to their fresh salad and sauce bar. The menu is very diverse and you can order as much and many items as you want. There is a two hour dine in limit, which is enough time to chow down and rest after eating. Genesis was our waitress during our dinner and received...
Read moreThe atmosphere is really cool! The hostess/manager not very attentive talking on the phone didn't hang up the phone talking while she was seating me seemed very rude definitely not the behavior of a manager. The music was so loud. The bass was turned so high. The chairs were vibrating.! I did point it out and they were gracious enough to turn it down. If you're going to order any sushi rolls, I suggest you order them A. S.A. P as my one roll took forever. I was almost done with my meal by the time it came out. There were only 2 parties in the restaurant. It should never have taken that long. Watching waiters and waitress stand around or coming to your table and not taking dirty dishes away, to me as a former server unacceptable! That being said the food was fresh. The sushi was good and I enjoyed the meal! Except for the sushi you are cooking yourself. One thing I like very much they don't charge you if you don't finish everything order what you can eat so this doesn't change. I Suggest going with a group of people. One thing I really don't like is when a waitress is standing over you with a tablet as you are paying your bill watching if you are going to put in a 18,20, or 22...
