🦋 Madrid's Rosi la Roca's Sister Restaurant

Originally, I planned to book another mermaid-themed restaurant under the Rosi la Roca brand, but I couldn't get a reservation, so I had to settle for this restaurant. The decoration style is still very flamboyant, with a butterfly theme. The downstairs decor is also very beautiful, probably belonging to a nightclub, and there are no people during dinner time. Burrata is paired with tomatoes, yellow peaches, and nuts, creamy and delicious. Torrezno fried pork belly with mashed potatoes is a perfect match, and the mashed potatoes are full of the aroma of pork! The bread given is also soft like pizza dough. Bloody oyster🦪 oysters are very fresh, and the sauce has a little bit of spiciness. Then there is the Margherita pizza🍕, freshly baked, with a super thin and fragrant base, matched with melted mozzarella cheese, it's delicious. Squid ink pasta🍝 with shrimp🍤, the sauce can be tasted as being made from shrimp oil simmered with shrimp heads, very fresh and fragrant. The final steak entrecot is a bit tough, the frying is well done, but compared to the above dishes, it's a bit less impressive. Their cocktails🍹 are all very beautiful, and there is only one type of non-alcoholic cocktail, sangre gitana, which is sour and sweet and very good to drink. At the end of the bill, you will be given a chopito, which is a strawberry-flavored sweet wine. #MadridFood #MadridLife #MadridExplore #SpanishLife #Spain #FoodDaily
