Madrid's Super Delicious Creative Fusion Cuisine: Bardero
I was originally planning to go to Mas al Sur near Atocha today. While on the bus, I checked the reviews and decided against it. So, I searched for a nearby restaurant on Google with a 4.8 rating right by Atocha. 🚌 Without a reservation, we ended up sitting at the bar. The menu, which doesn't include dessert, only has about ten dishes – a blessing for those with choice paralysis! 🥩 Noodles Atún – The noodles are made with thin Chinese-style wheat noodles, topped with tuna and a soft-boiled egg. Mixed with the special sauce, the flavor is really unique and super delicious! 😋 Taco de Anguila – The eel is fried and wrapped inside, drizzled with grilled lemon and a soft-boiled egg. The tangy flavor is quite refreshing, and surprisingly, there's kimchi at the bottom 🦎 Katsu Sando – This pork cutlet sandwich is amazing. The sauce inside has a hint of scallion, and the bread is buttered and toasted to perfection – so fragrant! 🍔 Bife Argentino – We ordered this steak just to make sure we'd be full. It's nothing extraordinary, but the meat is tender and not chewy at all. 👌 For two people, we spent around 100 euros, including three drinks. We left completely satisfied. The average cost per person is about 40-50 euros. The ambiance is great, the service is friendly, and it's definitely a good spot for a date! 💕 Bardero Palos de la Frontera, 11, 28012 Madrid #MadridLife #Madrid #Spain #DateNightRestaurant #MadridCuisine #MadridEats #MadridTravel
