Madrid | Discovering Another Beautiful Meal... 🥂
So happy, so happy, so happy! I've unlocked another beautiful restaurant and enjoyed another delicious meal! 🥢 I saw that this place serves a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, and my Japanese food-loving brain was overjoyed! The waiter even brought us chopsticks... I don't know if it was because we ordered sushi or because we looked Asian. 🤔 The dishes were served in order. First up was the passion fruit salmon and green ceviche. Lots of people recommended the salmon, but it didn't blow me away. I prefer my salmon with wasabi and soy sauce. The flavors in this dish didn't quite come together, but the ceviche was really good – I just don't know what kind of fish it was. 🐟 Next were the oysters and salmon nigiri. The oysters were super fresh, but they were served with South American spices, which I wasn't used to. The nigiri was pretty standard. The final savory dish was the duck rice, which was quite tasty! For dessert, I had tres leches, which was also delicious. 🍰 This time, I also tried their cocktails! I went for the maracuya from the chicanos menu, but it was a bit too strong for my taste. My friend chose the non-alcoholic pepino, which was amazing – super refreshing and like a healthy green vegetable juice. 💚 💰: The average cost per person was 75 euros (including a 5% service charge – I'm not sure if that's optional). It's definitely worth the price, and I'll be back for their beef rice! 🚗: Quispe Madrid (I highly recommend making a reservation in advance!) #BeautifulMeals #HiddenGems #AmbianceDining #Madrid #RestaurantsToRepeat #MadridCuisine #MadridEats
